Your experts save time. Your juniors gain confidence. Your clients gain reliability.
Whether you manage five clients or five hundred, Plireo is designed to take the repetition out of set-ups and checks, to guide less experienced team members, and to let you show each client what was done for them, and why.
Three risks that grow with the number of clients.
| How it can happen | What Plireo is built to do | |
|---|---|---|
| The wrong account | A change meant for one client is made in another's account | A change is prepared for one advertiser and one campaign, and re-reads that campaign's live state before anyone approves |
| The uneven standard | Each account manager works their own way, and results vary with it | The same written analysis methods and the same checks on every account, whoever runs it |
| The question you cannot answer | “Why did you pause that campaign in June?”, asked by the client in November | Each decision taken in Plireo is kept with its evidence, its author and its reason |
The first week with a new client.
The riskiest week of a client relationship is the one where you know the least and are expected to act the most.
Grants access
Through the platform's own consent screen. No password is shared.
Assigns the right account
An approver confirms which account belongs to which advertiser.
Reads the history
Months of figures, kept as a series from then on.
Writes the business context
Targets, margins, what the client said must not be touched.
Analyses before anyone acts
A first reading of the account, with what cannot be concluded yet.
One client's data is not another's, by construction.
Separation enforced in the database
Which organisation a person may see is decided by rules in the database, not by the menus they are shown.
Access by advertiser
Limiting a team member to some of an organisation's advertisers.
Several organisations
An agency, its clients and their own teams, each with its own roles.
An agency needs more than Plireo does today. Here is the gap.
An agency's week also runs on client reports, pacing against monthly budgets, and the approval of the client itself. Plireo does not produce client reports, does not track pacing or fees, and has no role for a client who approves from outside the agency.
Roles are also the same for a person across everything they can see today: someone cannot yet be an approver for one client and a reader for another.
We would rather you read this here than discover it in a demonstration.
Less repetition, more of your expertise in every campaign.
This is where we are taking Plireo, with agencies. Each item shows its status.
Your standards, applied everywhere
Naming conventions, templates, thresholds and QA checklists defined once by your experts and reused by the whole team.
Set-ups prepared from the brief
A junior starts from the client's brief and is guided to a complete, checked configuration that a senior approves.
Trafficking and programmatic, further ahead
We are studying Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Adform and The Trade Desk to take the repetition out of line items, assignments and tags. None is supported today.
