Trust · Data and AI

What data Plireo uses, and what the AI does with it.

This page separates three things that are often blurred: what Plireo does today, what you can verify yourself, and what is part of the product direction.

Three levels

Current practice, what is verifiable, and what is planned.

  1. 01Current practiceHow Plireo works today: what it reads, what it sends to the AI provider, how figures are produced. Described below.
  2. 02What you can verify yourselfEach answer shows its sources, the time the data was read, and which part was computed and which was written by the AI. The permissions requested appear on the platform's consent screen.
  3. 03Planned: Private AIModel processing within boundaries you define, for organisations that need it. Part of the Enterprise product direction; its scope will be shaped with the first organisations concerned.Planned

Google AdsSearch campaigns: settings, budgets, keywords, search terms, ads, and performance figuresPerformance of Display, Shopping, Performance Max and video campaigns

Plireo reads advertising and configuration data. It is not designed to read personal data about your customers or visitors.

The AI

What the AI does, and what it does not.

It writes; it does not calculate

Totals, ratios and comparisons are computed by code. The AI receives those results and writes the explanation.

It proposes; it does not act

An analysis may lead to a prepared change. Rules in code decide whether it may be prepared, and a person approves it. Nothing is applied without that approval.

What is sent to the AI provider

To write an analysis, Plireo sends the computed results and the account data the question needs, such as campaign names, keywords, search terms and figures. Access credentials are never sent.

Who the provider is

Today, Plireo uses Anthropic's Claude models through their commercial API. The terms that apply to that processing, including retention, will be set out in our privacy policy and data processing terms before launch.

Transparency

What is published at launch.

Hosting location, retention periods and the list of our providers are published in the privacy policy at launch, once verified for the production environment.

Choosing your AI provider and Private AI are part of the product direction; their status is shown below.

Early access

Be among the first to use Plireo.

Plireo is in pre-launch. Request early access to be told when it opens, or apply to take part in private testing. Access opens gradually, so a request does not mean immediate access.

Paid plans open once the Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and GTM integrations are operationally validated.
