Three ordinary days in an ad account, step by step.
The six stages of Plireo are easier to judge on real cases. Here are three, with who acts at each step and what is still done by hand today. The data in the examples is fictitious.
A search term is spending without converting.
The most common change in a Search account, and the easiest to get wrong: excluding a term that looks useless and was quietly converting under another match.
Ask
“Which search terms are wasting budget on Pendants?”
Computes and explains
Two terms, €132, no conversion in 30 days. Uncertainty: the last 3 days.
Prepare the exclusion
One negative keyword, exact wording and match type.
Checks
Not already excluded; would cut no query that converted in 30 days.
Dry run
Accepts the request without applying it.
Approve
The approver signs that exact change.
Then, today: you add the negative keyword in Google Ads yourself. Execution and verification by Plireo are in progress.
A campaign is limited by its budget before a sales period.
The decision that most needs a second pair of eyes, because it is the one that spends more.
Recommends a review
The campaign reaches its daily budget on most days.
Prepares +50 %
From €40 to €60 a day.
Refuses
Above the 30 % cap for one change. Make it in smaller steps.
Prepares +25 %
From €40 to €50 a day.
Approves, with a reason
“Sales period from Friday, margin confirmed.”
Records
The refused attempt is in the record too.
A daily budget shared between campaigns is not handled: Plireo prepares budget changes for a budget that belongs to one campaign.
The figures look wrong, and nothing should be changed.
Sometimes the right outcome of an analysis is to stop. A campaign with zero conversions may have a tracking problem, not a performance problem.
Ask
“Why did conversions drop to zero last week?”
Configuration read
The key event “purchase” counted nothing in 30 days.
States what it cannot conclude
Performance cannot be judged while measurement is in doubt.
Recommends a check
Verify the tag before touching bids or budgets.
Decide, with a reason
Agreed. No change is prepared.
Plireo reads the measurement configuration of Google Analytics 4. It does not read sessions, acquisition or revenue, and it does not yet read Google Tag Manager containers.
