Search campaigns, with a pause between the idea and the account.
Search is the first campaign type Plireo covers. It reads your account, answers your questions and prepares four types of change, which you approve before they are applied.
The account, as Google Ads reports it.
Plireo connects with the access you grant through Google's own consent screen, per advertiser, and reads on a daily schedule.
Campaigns and their settings
Status, daily budget, bidding strategy, with the time of the reading.
Performance over time
Cost, clicks, conversions and their value, by day and by month, kept as a series.
Keywords, search terms, ads
Read when a question or a change needs them, so the answer rests on the live state.
Six methods of analysis for Search.
Each has a written method and a version: what it reads and what it computes.
| Method | A question it answers | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Performance diagnosis | Why did cost per conversion rise this month? | Explains why a Search campaign improved or deteriorated between two periods |
| Budget review | Should this campaign's budget change? | Says whether the budget should go up, go down or stay, from evidence of constraint and of efficiency |
| Keyword performance | Which keywords need a decision? | Sorts keywords into those that work, those to watch and those that need a decision |
| Search term mining | Which search terms are wasting budget? | Reads the real queries behind a campaign: what converts, what spends without converting, and the intent each carries |
| Negative keyword review | Should this search term be excluded? | Decides whether a search term should become a negative keyword, at which level and match type, and how sure that is |
| Responsive search ad review | Do these ads match what people search for? | Reviews the responsive search ads of an ad group against its keywords, the queries it serves and the landing page |
Four kinds of change, and no more.
A short list is deliberate. Each kind has its own checks, and each new kind is added only with them.
Daily budget
A daily budget of one campaign, up or down, at most 30 % in one change. Refused if the budget is shared, or if it changed in the account since the change was prepared.
Negative keyword
Refused if it already exists, would cut queries that converted in the last 30 days, would stop the campaign's own keywords, or is one of the advertiser's brand terms.
Keyword pause
Checked against 30 days of evidence: no conversion after enough clicks, or a cost per conversion more than 1.5 times the campaign's. Without it, the change carries a warning and approving it is recorded as an override.
Responsive search ad, paused
A new ad can only be created paused, within Google's limits, with a final address on a known domain of the advertiser. Putting it live is a separate decision.
One scope, and a deliberate limit on what is done with it.
The Google Ads API offers a single permission for an advertising account: it does not have a read-only variant. An application that can read your campaigns holds, technically, the right to change them.
Plireo's limit is therefore in its own construction. Reading is separate from writing in the code. A write can only come from a change that was prepared, checked and approved, and the part that would send it to Google is switched off: no change has ever been executed by Plireo on an advertising account.
You can withdraw the access at any time from your Google account. Each connection is made per advertiser and is not shared with another organisation.
From your own history to wider references.
Advertising Memory is the first step: advice grounded in what your own accounts have been through. In the long run, Plireo could also offer advice based on comparable data by market, country and industry, only where the use of that data is contractually authorised and statistically sound. Nothing of the kind exists today: your data is processed by Plireo and by the providers the service needs, for you alone, and is not pooled with that of other clients.
