Google Ads, one campaign type at a time.

“Google Ads supported” says very little. A Search campaign, a Shopping campaign and a Performance Max campaign are read, analysed and changed in different ways. Plireo states its coverage for each, and starts with Search.

Coverage

Seeing a campaign is not managing it.

Plireo counts the campaigns of every type in a connected account. That is detection. What it reads, analyses and prepares is narrower today: Search. The three other types are the next ones planned for the first version.

Display, Shopping and Performance Max come next, within the scope of the first version: today Plireo detects these campaigns in your account. Video campaigns are outside that scope.

Connecting an account

A connection shows what you can see. An assignment decides what is read.

Signing in with Google often reveals more accounts than the one you came for. Plireo reads none of them until someone with the right to do so assigns one to an advertiser.

Reads, then reads daily

History first, then a scheduled reading whose time is shown.

The access is stored encrypted, per connection, and is never shown again. You can withdraw it from your Google account at any time.

Why Search first

The campaign type where a change can be stated exactly.

In a Search campaign, most decisions have a precise form: this budget, this keyword, this search term, this ad. A precise decision can be written as a before-and-after, checked against the account and approved by someone. That is the method Plireo is built on, so Search is where it starts.

Performance Max is the opposite case. Much of what happens is decided by Google's systems from the assets and signals you provide, and fewer levers have a before-and-after. Covering it honestly means saying which levers exist, not pretending to control the rest.

Each new type will arrive the same way Search did: reading first, then analysis, then a short list of changes, each with its own checks.
